It’s becoming clear that the judiciary is a joke. It wasn’t designed to have the power it does, which is why impeaching and removing judges is such a pain in the butt—no one thought it’d be necessary.

If you’re gonna have idiots who rule on things they have no say over, and who should recuse themselves most of the time anyway, then there’s no point. The whole branch has been corrupted and serves no useful purpose right now. No one should hope in those fools.

Getting rid of the federal, courts is a related problem. No ordinary person. An afford a team of $2000 an hour lawyers spouting incomprehensible legal gibberish at a politically appointed hack that will do as he or she is told. All judges are corrupt scoundrels. It’s not even possible to reform the present disaster. So abandon it. Fire the judges. Defund the courts. Abandon the US courthouse and use a state convention to return us to colonial citizen tribunals using common sense, ominous law, and the Constitution alone to decide and investigate cases. Ban lawyers from the courts. In fact, outlaw lawyers.

Hur wrote: “ at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” In Hur’s view, “it would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him—by then a former president well into his eighties—of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

E.G. Hur, and his characterization of Biden as incompetent were backed up by Biden’s own DOJ. Thus none of Biden’s appointments is legal. All 235 judges should be declaratory null, void, and fraudulent. We do not know who handled those appointments, but none of them were done by Biden.

What a delightful read! But I better not show my husband this one. I have been the “barber” in our house, no matter where that may be, for the last 54 years. On second thought—I could “borrow” the words while I am cutting his hair! We both, long ago read, from government archives, the exact wording of the 4 laws found in the 1798 Alien and Sedition Act that absolutely gives the president the legal right to deport these very dangerous criminals. It’s very clear to me that this robed creature did not read the Act as written—or he did and has committed a crime in giving his recent absurd orders. To wit…” That it shall be lawful for the President of the United States at any time during the continuance of this act, to order all such aliens as he shall judge dangerous to the peace and safety of the United States, or shall have reasonable grounds to suspect are concerned in any treasonable or secret machinations against the government thereof, to depart out of the territory of the United States, within such time as shall be expressed in such order, which order shall be served on such alien by delivering him a copy thereof, or leaving the same at his usual abode, and returned to the office of the Secretary of State, by the marshal or other person to whom the same shall be directed.” The Act is VERY CLEAR ABOUT PRESIDENTIAL RIGHTS about Aliens—which at that time, meant illegal aliens.

Problem is it requires 75% of the Senate (iirc) to convict. Not likely with the current Senate composition.

Ha ha ha - fun commentary from the Barber in Peru. He talks like his lines are being written by a Jewish Hollywood script writer. He must have a very good ear for mimicry.

I know I'm not the President, don't even think I am, unlike some of these judges, but if I were I would have my DOJ drop by their courthouse and drag their butts down to visit with the Supreme Court and explain to them what it is they are doing and from where they get their authority. And I'd take Justice Roberts with them, who also thinks he is better than the President.

Now, I will start taking my son to a local barber shop JUST TO HEAR the conversations.

Let us see how it entertains.

I remember seeing this. These Judges were so happy when Trump was indicted in DC they filed in to take a seat in the gallery at his arraignment all giggling like a bunch of 10 year old school girls.

The biggest mistake the "Founders" made in drafting the Constitution was granting these entitled p___s lifetime appointments. The appointments should have been for no more than 10 years.
